KFL&A Public Health Quick Test Clinic
All our services are free, confidential, and operate on a walk-in basis (no appointment needed). A health card is NOT required to receive our services.
Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 to 3:30 p.m.
Location: Kingston Office – 221 Portsmouth Ave. Kingston, Ontario
Services
- Self-collected samples (pee in cup and/or vaginal, throat, or rectal swabs) for chlamydia and gonorrhea
- Access to blood testing for syphilis, HIV, and Hepatitis C.
- Access to free condoms (lubricated condoms, oral condoms, female condoms).
Eligibility
No access to primary care provider (family doctor/nurse practitioner or college or university health services).
No symptoms. There is no doctor present at this clinic to see or assess you. If you have symptoms (such as burning when peeing, abnormal discharge, or pelvic or testicular pain) please seek assessment from a primary care provider or a walk in clinic if necessary.
Test Results
The test result policy at the KFL&A Public Health Quick Test Clinic is “no news is good news”. We will only contact you if you have a positive test result. Do not contact the clinic for your results.
