Confirmed COVID-19 Positive Case at The Spot Nightclub, Kingston
Kingston – Today, Dr. Piotr Oglaza, Medical Officer of Health at KFL&A Public Health confirms a COVID-19 positive case at The Spot Nightclub, 155 Division Street, Kingston.
KFL&A Public Health recommends that individuals who attended The Spot Nightclub on Sunday, October 31 from 11:00 p.m. to Monday, November 1 at 1:00 a.m. to self-monitor for symptoms for 10 days.
KFL&A Public Health also recommend that individuals affected by this exposure get tested on or after seven days from the exposure date (November 7, 2021).
As part of the COVID-19 case management and contact tracing process, KFL&A Public Health follows up with close contacts of individuals who have tested positive for COVID-19. If the contact tracing team are unable to identify close contacts of an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19, a public release may be issued to reach those contacts.
