Confirmed Positive COVID-19 Case at Grizzly Grill Bar and Restaurant in Kingston
Kingston – Today, Dr. Hugh Guan, Acting Medical Officer of Health at KFL&A Public Health confirms a COVID-19 positive case at The Grizzly Grill Bar and Restaurant at 395 Princess Street, Kingston.
KFL&A Public Health recommends that individuals who attended The Grizzly Grill Bar and Restaurant on Thursday, September 16, 2021 between 10:25 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. to self-monitor for symptoms for 10 days. We recommend that individuals affected by this exposure get tested on or after seven days from the exposure date. If you attended the restaurant on September 16, please go for testing on or after September 23.
As part of the COVID-19 case management and contact tracing process, KFL&A Public Health follows up with close contacts of individuals who have tested positive for COVID-19. If the contact tracing team are unable to identify close contacts of an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19, a public release may be issued to reach those contacts.
