Confirmed Positive COVID-19 Cases (patrons) at The Brass Pub Kingston
Kingston – Today, Dr. Kieran Moore, Medical Officer of Health at KFL&A Public Health confirmed that several patrons who were COVID-19 positive attended The Brass Pub, 403 Princess St., Kingston.
KFL&A Public Health recommends that individuals who attended The Brass Pub on Friday, April 2, between 4 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19. Individuals who develop symptoms should isolate immediately and get tested at one of our local assessment centres.
KFL&A Public Health also recommends that individuals affected by this exposure get tested on or after seven days from the exposure date. If you attended the pub on April 2, 2021 please go for testing on or after April 9, 2021.
As part of the COVID-19 case management and contact tracing process, KFL&A Public Health follows up with close contacts of individuals who have tested positive for COVID-19. If the contact tracing team are unable to identify close contacts of an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19, a public release may be issued to reach those contacts.
