KFL&A Public Health is Expanding COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Hours and Locations
In response to the provincial announcement on August 17, 2021, KFL&A Public Health is expanding COVID-19 vaccine clinic hours and locations. “We want our most vulnerable, those working in high-risk settings and youth born in 2009 or earlier, to have easy access to our vaccine clinics,” said Amanda Posadowski, manager of vaccine and preventable diseases at KFL&A Public Health. “We are expanding our COVID-19 vaccine clinic availability to accommodate the recent increase in demand.”
COVID-19 vaccine clinic hours are expanding at the following locations:
Portsmouth Olympic Harbour
• August 20 and 21: 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Beechgrove Complex
• Appointments - August 19: 4 to 6 p.m.
• Walk-ins – August 18, 19, 20, and 21: 1 to 3 p.m.
Richardson Stadium (Drive-through clinic)
• August 20: 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
KFL&A Public Health – Kingston office
• Thursdays and Fridays: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
KFL&A Public Health – Napanee office
• Mondays and Tuesdays: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• August 18: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. – St. Andrew’s Church, Princess St., Kingston
• August 19: 3 to 7 p.m. – Lionhearts Inc., McBurney Park, Kingston
• August 19: 6 to 8 p.m. – Movies in the Square (weather permitting), Kingston
• August 20: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. – Kingston Fire and Rescue, Glenburnie
• August 21: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. – Parham Vendor's Market, Parham
• August 21: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. – Napanee District Secondary School

KFL&A Public Health are working with our partners at Kingston Health Science Centre to directly contact patients eligible for their third dose. Those who are eligible for a third dose include transplant recipients, those being actively treated for hematological cancers, and people who take specific medications called anti-CD20 agents.
