Back to SearchKingston - KFL&A Public Health, in partnership with the City of Kingston, is for the first time offering year-round, indoor walking at two sites in Kingston – the INVISTA Centre in Kingston’s west end, and the new Rideau Heights Community Centre in the north end.
The Walk On program aims to increase physical activity for residents of KFL&A through free access to indoor walking opportunities. Walk On is led by trained volunteers and offers a safe, social and accessible walking environment for people of all ages and fitness levels. The program is free, and no registration is required.
Walks will be held at the following locations:
INVISTA Centre on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Rideau Heights Community Centre: Beginning Tuesday, April 24, 2018 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
