Walking to Wellness
Looking to stay active this winter? Walking to Wellness is a free, safe and welcoming indoor walking program designed for people of all ages to increase their physical activity and create time for social connection.
The program is offered at five municipal sites in the KFL&A area in partnership with the City of Kingston, Loyalist Township and the Town of Greater Napanee. There is no registration or membership required. Strollers and mobility devices are always welcome. Bring a friend or meet new people on-site!
The program will run Monday, Jan. 6, 2025 to Sunday, Apr. 27, 2025.
